As winter fades and the days grow longer, the Spring Equinox offers a moment of balance, between dark and light, stillness and movement, rest and growth. It’s a time to reflect, reset, and step into renewal, awakening and possibility. A time to embrace change, growth and transformation.
Join us for an intentional sauna ceremony blending fire and water, warmth and cold, reflection and action. Through heat, breath, movement, and meditation, we’ll honour this turning of the seasons - shedding the old, welcoming the new, and planting the seeds of what’s to come.

Cancellation Policy
Standard sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment starts, via your booking email (Acuity booking system) .
This gives us enough time to re-list the space to be filled.
If it is within 24 hours of your session, we are unable to credit or reschedule unless there are extenuating circumstances. But we will put the session into our Pay It Forward/ Social Prescribing pot supporting those on low or no income.
Events have a 72 hour cancellation window. If you need to cancel within 72 hours of the event we will need time to offer to our waitlist / re-advertise. Refunds / credit within that time are dependent on us being able to fill the space.
Extenuating circumstances: If you have an unexpected emergency situation or are unwell, and cannot make it to your session, please get in touch via info@wildcatsauna.org or call the site phone number 07340 085415.
Offers
“Sauna Regulars package” = 5 sessions
How does it work ? A package of 5 sessions costs £45 (= £9 per session).
Once purchased you will receive a code. Use this code to book your 5 sessions to be used within 30 days from the purchase date of the package. After the 30 days, the package will automatically expire.
The “Sauna Regular Package“ of 5 sessions can only be used by one person only.
Please create a free account with our booking system (Acuity) so that you can easily log in and keep track of your sessions.
Concessions
Low or no income & Social Prescribing
As Wildcat is a Community Sauna, we want to grow as an inclusive space which means including supporting those who might financially struggle to attend. Recognised to be a benefit to physical and mental health by GPs, Wildcat has been added to the Mendip Health Connectors Social Prescribing Directory for people struggling with their health but looking for alternatives to medication.

Anyone who has a health condition or does take regular medication, we strongly advise that you speak to your GP or health professional first to ensure it is safe for you to attend the sauna and cold plunge or read our guidance in the T & Cs above.
Pay It Forward is a way that communities can co-support people on low or no incomes.
