Wildcat Community Kitty
Green & Social Prescribing are national initiatives, that have been hugely supported in the areas of Frome and Mendip via Frome Medical Practice, Mendip Health Connections and Green & Healthy Frome.
Wildcat Community Sauna is now listed in the Mendip Health Connections Directory of local services and groups that can “help people improve their health & wellbeing.”
As Wildcat doesn’t receive any NHS funding we created a Community Kitty. This kitty is added to by our community, through pay-it-forward and fundraisers, as well from any profits and enables Wildcat to fund subsidised sessions for those on low incomes.
Every contribution to our Community Kitty is a huge thank you from us. It means the world – and keeps our sauna doors open for everyone ♡

Q. I am on a low or no income and my health would benefit from sauna & cold plunge. How can I access subsidised sessions?
If you have a health condition and/or are taking medication, please first ask medical professionals for advice (eg. GP or consultant), before using the sauna & cold plunge.
