This is your opportunity to tune out the noise and tune into yourself; an invitation to slow down and connect with your inner guides for an hour of transformation and exploration inspired by the energies of the moment. 

Expect an intimate space of intention setting, connection, and shamanic journeying held in the nurturing embrace of Vardo, our beautiful barrel sauna and cleansed by the refreshing waters of the plunge pools.
