Memberships can be used by the account holder only (1 person).

The month starts the day you purchase your membership.

Unfortunately unused sessions don't carry over to the next month.

You can cancel anytime, membership fees are non-refundable once paid, but you can keep using your membership right up until your next billing date, after which you won't be charged again.

There is no minimum term for memberships.

There isn’t an option to pause your membership, you can cancel it and re-start it when you’re ready.

Memberships will be on a rolling monthly contract, and will be valid until you cancel it.

Not currently, memberships need to be set up through your own account, so it's something you'll need to do yourself rather than something we can process for you on site. This is just down to how our booking system works.

The good news is the new system is really straightforward to use, if you run into any trouble, our team is always on hand to help you get set up.

From the 1st of September 2026 memberships will be available to start
