This session is for people who'd prefer a quieter vibe; the atmosphere at Wildcat will be set for relaxation and depth. 

A peaceful soundtrack - candles and soothing smells will set the scene. It's not a silent session (that's afterwards) but a more chilled hour.

While the Shamanic Sauna event is taking place in the barrel sauna, your unfacilitated 'Wind Down' session is in Phoenix, our sauna van. The temperature will be set lower than the normal 100 for this hour. 

There will be tea available throughout.
